GLYCOLIC PEEL 35% Peeling based on glycolic acid with excellent penetrating properties. Due to the small particle size and its high activity, it provides deep skin remodelling and excellent dermoplastic properties. Glycolic Peel has a positive effect on the metabolism and structure of the skin, stimulates the synthesis of collagen and elastin, and replenishes endogenous hyaluronic acid. Long-term use leads to the reconstruction of elastic fibres and improvement of skin elasticity and thickness. Thanks to these rebuilding properties, the peeling is an effective solution to fight wrinkles, scars, and skin atrophy. Its excellent keratolytic effect also cleanses the sebaceous glands, seboregulation and reduces blackheads. Along with the stimulation of the renewal of the epidermis, melanin clumps are removed, and discoloration is depigmented. COMPOSITION AND OPERATION:
Glycolic acid (35%)– AHA acid with the smallest molecule. It has strong exfoliating and dermoplastic properties. It stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen, glycosaminoglycans and elastin, which reduces wrinkles and improves skin firmness. Intensively exfoliates, removing pigmentation changes. It cleanses the sebaceous glands, where it breaks down the residual corneocytes, thus inhibiting the development of acne.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: DIVES MED Glycolic Peel 35% should not be used in the case of: – Pregnancy and lactation – Bacterial and fungal infection within the treatment site – Viral skin infection, e.g., active herpes, flat warts Skin lesions and open wounds – dermatological therapies with isotretinoin and vitamin A derivatives (up to 12 months after the end of treatment) – Hypersensitivity or allergy to any component of the preparation – Active autoimmune diseases – Acute and chronic dermatoses and skin diseases – Active rosacea – Cancer, treatment with chemotherapy or radiation therapy -Tendency to hypertrophic scars and keloids
HOW TO USE: DIVES MED Glycolic Peel 35% is intended only for professional use by doctors and specialists in medicine and aesthetic cosmetics. Before using the acid, clean the skin and degrease it with PREPEEL LOTION SPRAY 1. Protect the eyes with moist compresses, and the delicate areas (mouth corner, eyelids, nasal pads) with greasy ointment or petroleum jelly. Pour about 2.5-5 ml GLYCOLIC PEEL 2 into the measuring cup, depending on the size of the treatment area. Apply the poured solution evenly, in a thin layer, using a brush. Use according to the table depending on the type and sensitivity of the skin, as well as indications and the desired depth of penetration. In order to soothe the skin and raise its pH, apply the NEUTRALIZING GEL 3 neutralizing preparation to the dry skin for 2-5 minutes, and then rinse the whole thing with plenty of cold water. Finish the treatment with a protective cream from the DIVES MED – GLOBAL REGENERATION line, which will reduce the feeling of possible irritation and discomfort.
SIDE EFFECTS: Depending on the procedure used and the individual characteristics of the patient’s skin, peeling may lead to irritation, redness and peeling of the skin. In the event of an unexpected reaction or excessive skin irritation, immediately apply DIVES MED-NEUTRALIZING GEL 3 and leave it for 4-5 minutes, then rinse with plenty of cold water.
TREATMENT RECOMMENDATIONS: To obtain optimal treatment results and safe convalescence: – do not apply makeup until 12 hours after the treatment – immediately after the treatment, avoid exposure to natural or artificial ultraviolet radiation and use the sauna and swimming pools – use rich regenerating creams and high UV filters, e.g., DIVES MED – GLOBAL PROTECTION SPF 50 – in the event of a keratolytic effect, do not remove or tear off the flakes of the peeling skin – do not use other peeling agents or substances with irritating properties until the skin is completely recuperated

May cause chemical eye damage. Avoid contact with eyes. In the event of contact with the eyes, immediately rinse them with cold water until the burning sensation subsides and immediately see an ophthalmologist. – Before starting the application procedure, it is necessary to protect your eyes. SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE: Do not use the product after the expiry date and if the packaging is damaged or has been improperly stored. Store the product in its original packaging at a temperature of 15-25°C, protect it from freezing and direct sunlight. Keep out of the reach of children.

1. Shipping Address
All orders will be dispatched to the shipping address provided by the customer during the checkout process. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete. Filler Lux cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to collect from a designated collection point, will require the purchase of new shipping before orders can be reshipped. If customers opt to cancel and request a refund, the refund will be processed minus the shipping and return shipping costs. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will apply. We regret that shipping costs cannot be refunded or reshipments provided for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned as undeliverable. Should your package be returned to us as undeliverable, you may request a refund of the order total, minus shipping and restocking fees, either as store credit or back to your original payment method.
If you realize that you have provided an incorrect address and the order has not yet shipped, you can change or cancel the order in your personal account. Please note that Filler Lux cannot cancel or alter orders that have already been dispatched.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timeframes are outlined on our website and may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected during checkout. While we strive to fulfill and ship orders within the specified timeframes, please be aware that shipping times may be subject to delays during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. The total time from placing the order to delivery includes a ‘Processing’ period (time for us to pick, pack, and ship the order) and a ‘Shipping’ period, which begins when our shipping partners receive the goods. We endeavor to keep the ‘Processing’ period within the stated timeframe, but ‘Shipping’ periods are subject to the shipping carrier’s network capacities, with quoted timeframes based on typical carrier delivery times.

Orders placed before 3 PM EST (UTC-05) will be given to the shipping carrier for shipment the same day, and orders placed after that time will be given to the shipping carrier for shipment the next business day(The information on the shipping deadlines for temperature-controlled goods can be found in section 9). Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. We make every effort to minimize shipping delays during holidays and other non-business periods.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the cart, shipping address, and order value and will be displayed during checkout for your review. Free shipping is available for select addresses on orders over $100 (excluding digital products, temperature-sensitive items, Route Package Protection, taxes, or other duties). Free shipping must be selected during checkout and is not automatically applied. Filler Lux reserves the right to modify or remove the free shipping offer at any time without notice. Should our shipping costs exceed the value of the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order or request additional payment to cover shipping expenses.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please note that it can take up to 2 business days for tracking information to become available after the carrier has collected your order.

Filler Lux is not liable for additional fees or charges requested by authorities before goods are delivered. Goods held by customs are at the customer’s expense. Orders abandoned or refused due to unpaid customs charges will be subject to all return shipping costs, including the original outbound shipping cost. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their country’s import regulations. If a package is held at customs, we recommend contacting your local customs office to either release the package or have it returned to us. A refund for the products will only be processed once the returned package is received by us. Please note that Filler Lux does not take responsibility for seized goods.
9. Products Requiring Temperature Control
Filler Lux assumes responsibility for the safety of temperature-sensitive products only when the customer opts for Overnight delivery. In all other circumstances, Filler Lux cannot be held liable for delays, damages, or temperature violations occurring during transit. Claims made under these circumstances will be dismissed. Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate shipping method during checkout. For specific items, express shipping is mandatory, particularly for toxin products and specific peels. Orders for temperature-sensitive items will be shipped separately from other products in your order and will include an ice pack in a protective thermal bag to maintain their safety during transit. Please select Overnight delivery to ensure the product maintains its quality upon arrival.
Temperature-controlled goods are shipped Monday through Thursday only. Orders placed on Thursday after 3:00 PM EST (UTC-05:00), or on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be held for dispatch on the following Monday to avoid extended transit times over the weekend. This ensures your items arrive in peak condition.

If we do not have all the products from your order in stock, dispatch will typically occur within 3-6 business days unless otherwise informed.
