A cooling post-treatment mask made of a hydrolysed collagen matrix with a strong redermalizing effect and excellent rejuvenating properties.

IN COMBINATION WITH MICRONEEDLE MESOTHERAPY:

The effect of GLOW-X9 peeling can be enhanced using acid in combination with microneedles. For this purpose, the GLOW-X9 treatment protocol can be performed before starting microneedle mesotherapy (SOFT version) or immediately after performing skin microperforation (DEEP version):

SOFT VERSION:

Before starting the treatment, the skin should be disinfected with an antiseptic and then degreased with DIVES Med. - GLOW-X9 PRE-TREATMENT SPRAY. Apply acid on the prepared skin with quick, thin movements with a brush. Pay particular attention to the even distribution of the preparation on the skin. The application of acid may cause discomfort and a burning sensation to the skin. Leave the GLOW-X9 layer for 3-5 minutes, and then perform a further microneedle mesotherapy procedure, according to the depths recommended in the table. After the microperforation of the skin is completed, wash the product with water until the burning sensation subsides. At the end of the procedure, it is recommended to use the DIVES Med mask. - GLOW-X9 - COLD MASK for 15-20 minutes and DIVES MED - GLOBAL REGENERATION, which will reduce the feeling of possible irritation and discomfort.

DEEP VERSION:

Perform microneedle mesotherapy according to the recommended puncture depths (table). Apply acid to the perforated skin with quick movements, a thin layer using disposable cosmetic baguettes. Pay particular attention to the even distribution of the preparation on the skin. The application of acid may cause discomfort and a burning sensation to the skin. Leave the GLOW-X9 layer for 3-5 minutes, and then rinse it with water until the burning sensation subsides. At the end of the procedure, it is recommended to use the DIVES MED mask. - GLOW-X9 - COLD MASK for 15-20 minutes and DIVES MED - GLOBAL REGENERATION, which will
reduce the feeling of possible irritation and discomfort.

AS A BIOREVITALIZING PEELING:

The GLOW-X9 treatment can be used alone, without being combined with other aesthetic medicine treatments, bringing positive effects in bioredermalization (rebuilding) and revitalization of the skin. The peeling intensity depends on the number of applied layers of the product (table) Before using the acid, cleanse the skin and degrease it with GLOW-X9 PRE-TREATMENT SPRAY. Apply the acid to the prepared skin with quick, thin movements with a brush. Pay particular attention to the even distribution of the preparation on the skin. Allow to dry for 5-8 minutes. The application of acid may cause discomfort and a burning sensation to the skin. Frost may appear due to protein denaturation. Its occurrence allows the depth of acid penetration to be assessed. After gentle absorption, you can apply another layer, possibly avoiding areas subject to excessive irritation. Use 1-4 layers depending on the type and sensitivity of the skin, as well as indications and the desired depth of penetration. After applying the acid, wait until the acid is completely absorbed, and then wash off all layers with water until the burning disappears. It is recommended to use the DIVES Med mask at the end of the procedure. - GLOW-X9 - COLD MASK for 15-20 minutes and the DIVES MED regeneration cream. - GLOBAL REGENERATION, which will reduce the feeling of possible irritation and discomfort.

SIDE EFFECTS:

The application of GLOW-X9 may cause redness, irritation, and a feeling of skin tenderness. In case of unexpected reaction or excessive skin irritation with possible protein coagulation, DIVES MED should be applied immediately. -NEUTRALIZING GEL and leave it for 4-5 minutes, then rinse with plenty of cold water. Depending on the procedure used and the individual characteristics of the patient's skin, peeling may lead to irritation, coagulation and peeling of the skin.

POST-TREATMENT RECOMMENDATIONS:

To obtain optimal treatment results and safe convalescence:
- do not apply makeup until 12 hours after the treatment
- immediately after the treatment, avoid exposure to natural or artificial ultraviolet radiation and use of the sauna and swimming pools
- use rich regenerating creams and high UV filters, e.g. DIVES Med. - GLOBAL PROTECTION SPF 50

- do not use other peeling agents and substances with irritating properties until the skin is completely recuperated

PRECAUTIONS:

1. Shipping Address

All orders will be dispatched to the shipping address provided by the customer during the checkout process. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete. Filler Lux cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to collect from a designated collection point, will require the purchase of new shipping before orders can be reshipped. If customers opt to cancel and request a refund, the refund will be processed minus the shipping and return shipping costs. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will apply. We regret that shipping costs cannot be refunded or reshipments provided for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned as undeliverable. Should your package be returned to us as undeliverable, you may request a refund of the order total, minus shipping and restocking fees, either as store credit or back to your original payment method.

If you realize that you have provided an incorrect address and the order has not yet shipped, you can change or cancel the order in your personal account. Please note that Filler Lux cannot cancel or alter orders that have already been dispatched.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timeframes are outlined on our website and may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected during checkout. While we strive to fulfill and ship orders within the specified timeframes, please be aware that shipping times may be subject to delays during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. The total time from placing the order to delivery includes a ‘Processing’ period (time for us to pick, pack, and ship the order) and a ‘Shipping’ period, which begins when our shipping partners receive the goods. We endeavor to keep the ‘Processing’ period within the stated timeframe, but ‘Shipping’ periods are subject to the shipping carrier’s network capacities, with quoted timeframes based on typical carrier delivery times.

Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. We offer various shipping services, which will vary based on cart weight and shipping address. Free shipping is available for select addresses on orders over $100 (excluding digital products, temperature-sensitive items, Route Package Protection, taxes, or other duties). Free shipping must be selected during checkout and is not automatically applied. Filler Lux reserves the right to modify or remove the free shipping offer at any time without notice. Should our shipping costs exceed the value of the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order or request additional payment to cover shipping expenses.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please note that it can take up to 2 business days for tracking information to become available after the carrier has collected your order.

7. Shipping Restrictions and Exclusions

8. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to numerous countries. However, please be aware that customs and import regulations vary by country. Filler Lux is not liable for additional fees or charges requested by authorities before goods are delivered. Goods held by customs are at the customer’s expense. Orders abandoned or refused due to unpaid customs charges will be subject to all return shipping costs, including the original outbound shipping cost. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their country’s import regulations. If a package is held at customs, we recommend contacting your local customs office to either release the package or have it returned to us. A refund for the products will only be processed once the returned package is received by us. Please note that Filler Lux does not take responsibility for seized goods.

9. Products Requiring Temperature Control

Filler Lux assumes responsibility for the safety of temperature-sensitive products only when the customer opts for Overnight delivery. In all other circumstances, Filler Lux cannot be held liable for delays, damages, or temperature violations occurring during transit. Claims made under these circumstances will be dismissed. Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate shipping method during checkout. For specific items, express shipping is mandatory, particularly for toxin products and specific peels. Orders for temperature-sensitive items will be shipped separately from other products in your order and will include an ice pack in a protective thermal bag to maintain their safety during transit. Please select Overnight delivery to ensure the product maintains its quality upon arrival.

Temperature-controlled goods are shipped Monday through Thursday only. Orders placed on Thursday after 3:00 PM EST (UTC-05:00), or on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be held for dispatch on the following Monday to avoid extended transit times over the weekend. This ensures your items arrive in peak condition.

10. Backorders

If we do not have all the products from your order in stock, dispatch will typically occur within 3-6 business days unless otherwise informed.

12. Lost Parcels & Delayed Shipments
